My name is Ann, Iraq is my country of origin. I am married and I have three kids, a girl and two boys. I have a bachelor’s degree in interior design, and I have level 2 Early Childhood Education Certificate From CDI College. I love children and I find joy in working with them. I’m so glad that for having the opportunity to work at Bridlewood Children’s Centre.

Annaliza Selisana is A graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education in the Philippines.
Level 3 in Early Childhood Education. She has been with Bridlewood Children’s Centre for over Ten years.

She loves working with children and enjoys every day.

My name is Shima Omidi. I am from Iran and married with two teenage boys! I am a caregiver in Ladybug room. Working with children always has been a passion of mine and have found being with them to be enjoyable and rewarding. I specialize in cognitive and physical exercises.

Mulia is a playful individual who enjoys spending time with children. She is a Level 2 Certified early childhood educator and is currently furthering her studies at CDI college to obtain her level 3.

Her goal is to help guide and encourage young children to be the best they can be.

My name is Awatif Bakhit, I am a childcare educator. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and pre-school education which I earned in Sudan and also have a level 2 certification in early childhood education from CDI College. I am currently working in Bridlewood Children center with age group 4-5. (After school). I am married and have three children.

In my culture raising children in the way that connects the family together is valued upon. Aside from this I also like to explore other culture as well as their traditions. Working in this placement field with children with different background it gives me opportunity to enhance my knowledge and know them closely.

I love to go on nature walks with them and enjoy reading in my free time. I also spend time baking with my family especially with my daughter. I additionally I find enjoyment in traveling in places like national parks. I have an interest to pursue a higher level of child development education and to understand their growing brains.

Jasmine

Jasmine Maurice Gonsalves

My name is Jasmine Maurice Gonsalves. I born and raised in India. I have done my Diploma in education and Bachelor’s of Arts and started off my career as assistant teacher for 7 years. I have completed my Early childhood Education Assistant program through Bow valley College.

I feel lucky to have gotten the opportunity to work with Bridlewood Children’s center. I really enjoy my work. I get to help the children learn and get to have fun with them.  Seeing them progressing every way, even if it’s a little accomplishment makes me very proud and happy.

It gives me motivation to keep doing what I am doing. All I can say is I am very thankful for finding my way to where I am today.

Hi everyone, My name is Sabina. I am from Nepal. I am married and I have one daughter. I have a bachelor’s degree in education and level 2 certification in early childhood education. Two years’ experience of Montessori teacher and met all requirements as Child Care Assistant.

My experience allows me to prepare well look after kids, I have a caring loving family which extends to my neighborhood and my job. I love to working with children and I feel lucky to be working at Bridlewood Children’s Center.

I am a caregiver in the Butterfly Room. I am a certified Early Childhood Educator. My passion is working with children. It is so inspiring to watch the children in action in the classroom and facilitate and observe each child as they learn new concepts and skills and develop confidence in their abilities. I am excited about sharing my love with children.
